At DigiHiTech.com we do our best to make sure your online shopping experience is as easy and hassle-free as possible. Our online store is designed to let you quickly find the products you need, place them in your shopping cart, and purchase directly from your computer using any major credit cards and paypal online payment.Should you run into any problems during the ordering process, or even while you're simply navigating the store, we encourage you to give us a call or send us a message. International orders:

All international orders (exclude Canadian buyers and orders. If you're purchase products from Canada you may place your order on our website shopping cart system.) must be placed over the phone or via e-mail. All international payments must be made by wire transfer or bank deposit. Please contact us for an international shipping price quote before you make any payment. Buyers are responsible for any import duties and taxes that required by the custom of your own country.

Shipping Policy:

UPS and USPS are our shipping carriers. Most Express orders will be shipped the same business day as long as they’re received before 12 PM EST. Most Ground orders will be shipped the next business day as long as they’re received before 12 PM EST. All custom-length order will take longer process time. Shipping time, methods and costs vary depending on your location and the weight of the product, however shipping cost can be calculated on our website checkout page automatically if you add the product to the shopping cart. For some custom made and special order items, it may take more one business days to be shipped, and buyer can check the real time order status by logging into their online account and receive e-mail notifications on the order. No orders will be processed and shipped during weekends and national holidays.

If you have a Military APO/FPO address or P.O.Box, please choose USPS Priority Mail as your shipping method option.

Return Policy

All products are special ordered by the person ordering, and are NOT subject to cancellation. Due to the nature of our product line, some items may be used once, and no longer needed. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, unless defective. All customized-length/custom products are no-return accepted.

If items are defective, any return must be authorized. Authorization and shipping instructions must be obtained from DigitHiTech. Return product via UPS or U.S. mail, prepaid and insured, for your protection. (Please note, we cannot refund shipping fees). No returns will be authorized after five (5) business days of receipt, unless defective. No discontinued item may be returned. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Thirty (30) days money back guarantee (if the product has not been opened, we can accept return within thirty days). After thirty (30) days from the invoice date, we do not accept any return or issue any refund on return.

Obtaining an RMA Number

To initiate the return process, send an email request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which you'll need before sending back your product. To speed up the process, please have the following information on hand when calling to request an RMA number: customer name, invoice number, serial number and nature of the problem. RMA numbers are valid for 10 days only.

We guarantee all DigiHiTech products to be free of defects in workmanship and material for 90 days after sale to customer. We will replace or repair, at our option providing there is no evidence of customer misuse,or alteration. 

Warranty:

• DigiHiTech.com carries a wide variety of products for network cabling and structured wiring. Most of our cables come with a 3 year warranty.

Warranty does not cover any damages made due to any accidents, misuse, abuse, or negligence. No warranty or liability exists for damage to any component caused during or after use of DigitalCableConnection's products. All other products, including network electronics and power protection are covered by their manufacturer's warranty, which is subject to change without notice.

We are not responsible for printing errors. Supply until stock is available. Prices are subject to change without notice. Some pictures may vary from actual item.
